Drive a bit north of metro Atlanta and you’ll find Loch Highland, a 350 home lake community located off of Mabry Road between Shallowford Road and Woodstock Road (Hwy 92) in Cobb County.
Loch Highland has one of the most unique landscapes in Cobb County and features two expansive lakes, towering pines and cedar trees, and contemporary architecture that blends each unique home into the natural setting.
At Loch Highland you can relax among the wooded surroundings on your deck, barbecue in your backyard, or take advantage of the wonderful amenities available to our association members.
Clubhouse
The Loch Highland clubhouse is a multi-level entertainment space with full kitchen facilities and beautiful views of Loch Highland Lake from all windows. It’s the perfect location for celebrations, anniversaries, or receptions and can host up to 60 guests.
Tennis Activites
Loch Highland features four full-size professional courts, covered viewing stands, and outdoor grills for tennis matches and ATLA league play.

Pool and Swim Activities
Loch Highland has two large pools adjacent to the clubhouse for use during the pool season. Lounge poolside while enjoying the lake views, and the kids can participate in swim activities.
Kids Play Area
Kids can climb, jump, and play in our “tot lot” while mom and dad enjoy a game of tennis.
Social Events
Loch Highland supports a wide range of social activities for adults and for families. Past events include wine tastings, open mic nites, dive-in movies with ice cream, and the annual Loch Highland Art Walk.
