Microsoft’s Elevate America Program Available in Georgia
Saturday, January 23rd, 2010Microsoft and Georgia are teaming up to provide free online training to workers who want to improve their technology skills. The program, called Elevate America, provides free technical training to help people find better jobs.
30,000 training vouchers will be issued to individuals interested in learning how to use Microsoft Windows or Microsoft Office programs. There are also advanced training vouchers for those interested in learning more about web development or database management.
The vouchers are good for certification exams that will help validate an individual’s skills to prospective employers.
